Hey, y’all!

I’m Dana.

A full-time wedding photographer located in Norfolk, Virginia but always traveling around the country ✈️

I wanted to create this page to share wedding advice, photography tips, and share my favorite photos! As well as connect and support with others!

Two years ago, I quit my day job because I was so damn tired of working long hours and spending more time working then I was at home. When I worked, my husband was home and when he worked, I was home.

I knew that even though I was working a job that had a purpose for children, my heart was telling me this wasn’t meant for me. I talked to my husband about it, and he told me to try that photographer thing.

From there, it took off. Now, after 2 years and 2 different states (Hawaii and Virginia), I shot over 30 weddings and 300 portrait sessions.

Now full time, I am here serving amazing couples and military personal by capturing their special moments and telling their story through a gallery!

I’ve travels too 10 different countries in 6 years and still have 10 more to see

Aside from weddings and military events, you’ll find me capturing cityscapes, sunsets, and milky way shots

Obsessed with Greys, GoT, This Is Us, 9-1-1, and Ravens Football

The way to my heart is Qdoba nachos and popsecret popcorn

As a Navy Spouse, I lived in 5 different states in 7 years and loved every minute of it!
