I do corporate writing for work, and it sometimes (maybe even oftentimes) feels soulless to me. So I can't help but cheer for creators who let readers in on their process.

Tell me why! If you'd let me, I'd love to know the soul that makes readers connect with it. Give me a piece of you that you're willing to share and I will do my best to honor it. To feel is universal. I may not walk the same path, but I might have something that comes close that will make your words something that sticks with me.

I have so much writing ahead of me, but I'm like this close 🤏 to rewriting or at the very least re-editing Full Circle. Of all my fics, it's the only one I cannot reread at all. It makes me cringe these days. It's my only "just because" fic compared to the others, which all have some thesis statement (excluding Cut That!). Don't get me wrong. I am aware fic writing doesn't need to have a "point", yet it just stands out as different from the others. I also love how it got me started down the path of fic writing but I am annoyed by past me. Why are the tenses changing? Why does it read stiff at times? Why do some paragraphs read so unnatural? Really, girlie, you didn't see this when you were writing?

BUT ALSO!! I know part of writing is the growth, and I want to preserve that. I want to honor that past me as much as I can. So there's a chance I will just leave it alone. I dunno, still up in the air I guess. Anyway, ted talk over. 🤷‍♀️

I miss Shayne and Damien together. Especially in just duo videos. I admittedly wonder more than I should if they’re still as good of friends as they once were and I realize that’s dumb. I just think it’s real precious how hard Damien can make Shayne laugh too. I feel like no one brings out the insane laugh like Damien can.

Some of my comfort compilations are Shaymien making each other laugh hysterically for thirty minutes for this exact reason.
