I didn’t think we were so bad last year, sure a few tweaks to be worked out, but nothing awful. Some people just need a little extra practice sometimes, that’s all. And nah, I think I’ll leave that up to Evangeline, that’s her spot.

You’re one of the few I know who’d say that, one of the few in school, probably. Everyone else seems to not want to go back just yet. Not that I really blame them, there as a lot of fun things going on this summer. Oh, really? Doesn’t it just help so much having a list of things you have to do and a timeline of when they need to be done? I think it just helps keep everything in order, especially when there’s so much going on. The tourney games are great practice though! And you always look great out there – like the whole team! I mean, you too, but I was talking about the entire team and um… do you mean like a talent show? Because I think that’s a great idea. I can run it by my mom if you want? Or Ben, we could talk to Ben too.

Well, I’m not like the other people around here I suppose. I can’t blame anyone who’s sad for summer to be ending though, like you said, there were a lot of fun events happening. But there can be fun things at school too. Yeah, I mean I wasn’t really organized when I first got here, of course I wasn’t part of a school team or anything either, so it was a bit of a mess to get used to all the schedules. Now, thanks to following in your footsteps, I’d like to think I’m a pro! Oh, thanks! I was actually talking about if there was another school to compete against, but a talent show sounds totally fun! If you think it’s a great idea, then so do I!

More work than usual, yeah. After the love spell fiasco they kept me pretty busy, although up until then it was almost peaceful, I guess. Oh man, usually I’m in the locker rooms for our mid-game pep talk from coach, but I’ll ask Evie to record them all for me. I’m sure she’d be more than happy to brag about how good you are as we watch the replay.

Oh yeah, that whole love spell thing. Man, I was so glad not to get caught up in that. Shoot, that’s true I forgot about that. Definitely ask Evie to record them, plus I need to be able to see the playback myself. Just to be able to check on anything we could do better or change with the routines.

It’s not so bad to be excited to go back for the actual school part of it. And definitely nothing wrong with wanting to be organized, in fact, I’ve taken a page from your book and started keeping a planner for dance practices and working on routines while I’m hanging solo. Right now we just have stuff planned for the tourney games, I’m hoping to see if we can get into a competition of some sort though. It’d be great to let the team face off against other dancers.

Dude, you’re telling me! How has your summer break been, bro? All work and no play? Not like I’m one to talk of course, though my work is play. I don’t think we have anything scheduled out of the regular yet as far as performances, but definitely catch us during the half of the tourney games.
