I really enjoyed having these short phrases or quotes to tie up the end of each section. It allows me to look at the information in a different way. Timing is something I've have struggled with as a dancer. I'm either too fast or too slow. (Most of the time it's because I'm too fast. I just get so excited and I speed up my movements.) So this section of the semester is something I really want to work on! My favorite part of the notes is talking about the Stillness because it was made clear that you don't have to be completely frozen.
