My sculpture summer program at @thewideschool was a huge success! We used different materials such as clay, cardboard, popsicle sticks, and even spaghetti and marshmallows. It blows my mind how these young intellects can comprehend and implement my teachings, they make me happy and proud. I love the pureness of their creativity and I hope they don’t lose that overtime. A trip dedicated to food. But in the end, it was more than that. We met family friends, new friends, and off-the-beaten path adventures. If you’re ever in Oaxaca and we highly recommend going, just make sure you book some time with native Oaxaceños @oaxaca_street_food_tour & @octaviusbarao to guide you to some golden places in their home town! I wish IG would let us post more than 10 photos to show you all the amazing stuff we encountered, so that will have to be in a separate post. We landed into an unexpected adventure. It was in prime PRIDE Parade, our Uber couldn’t get us to our hotel because there were 500,000 people in the streets. We walked 3 blocks with our luggages and wormed our way through the sea of sweaty crowds in dead heat.
