Divide your resume space up wisely!

Here are the four sections you should have clearly marked on your resume: ✍️ Your Name and Contact Info ✍️ Your Experience ✍️ Your Skills ✍️ Your Education

Flipping the script may sound good, but it doesn't work in compensation and will actively work against you. You are better off providing a range, and then asking open ended questions! 💸💡🧢

While it's best to keep your resume's design layout as simple as possible, it's great practice to use bold fonts for certain areas of your resume! It calls for attention from the eyes reading your resume as well as helps them differentiate between aspects on the page.

Metrics in your resume help paint a better story of your time in that role. If you only tell us your responsibilities, we don't actually know what you achieved while in that position. Throw in some numbers to help hiring managers understand better about how you made a difference!
