(Tuesday) August 18th, 2015:

So several months ago, my boyfriend surprised me with FLOOR tickets to Mumford & Sons. The show happened last night & I’m so glad we both got to see them live. We were really close to the front too! Can finally cross Mumford off my list of bands I need to see. ☺️

MARK HOPPUS from Blink 182 came out too. HOLY FUCKING SHIT dude. My boyfriend & I have seen Blink before but we never thought we’d see them again since they haven’t toured since the last time we saw them! 😭 & the fact that Tom is out of the band now too. Greatest surprise ever. So both Mumford’s openers (Jack Garratt & The Vaccines, both AMAZING btw) AND MARK HOPPUS came out & all of them covered “Sweet Dreams” by Eurythmics. FUCKING BEST SURPRISE EVER.

Mumford played every song I wanted to hear. From the classics to their new songs from their latest album.

Here’s a video I got of them performing their song “Believe.” I love it when bands ask the crowd to turn on their lights to create this starry night effect. It’s great because the view from the floor is fucking beautiful.

TL;DR I finally saw Mumford & Sons and they were amazing live.
