(My goodness, I got a bit carried away. Actually spent an hour trying to learn mando’a grammar.)
Transcription: Vercopaö aru’e cuun motir kar’taylir a’den hettyc be te kal bal ash’amur
Okay here’s my translation:
May our enemies know the wrath burning from the blade and die
Or
I wish our enemies to know the burning wrath of the blade and die
YOU’RE RIGHT! IMMA CHANGE IT LATER, BUT YOU’RE SO RIGHT I TOTALLY FORGOT TO CONJUGATE!!!! Thank you so much!
I got “motir” from the song ‘Vode An’. I roughly translated it as ‘those who stand before us” since that is how it seems to be used.
The mando’a is a haphazard Frankenstein of a mess that I stitched up after learning mando’a for an hour so please correct anything that might be wrong!
So the translation is spot on basically. And the ‘the’ article and use of ‘ ash’amur ’ are intentional.
