My main skirt will be made from semi transparent polyester, so I need an underskirt. My underskirt is basically a circle skirt, I learned how to make it from YouTube and it was fairly simple to do.

I took my favourite shape from one of my croquis and enlarged it in the photocopying machine three times. I connected them together to create this sharp asymmetrical shape.  This will be the overlay to my skirt, using white neoprene, connected to the waistband, and jeweled with adhesive beads.
