What would Wander do during the the next four years of uncertainty?
I previously made a long post about my reaction to the election results in which Donald Trump beats Hillary Clinton and how I believe that films, shows, and animation lift the spirits of viewers and artists in tough times.
Here, I’ll bring up the side of Wander Over Yonder and how the WOY fandom would handle the next 4 years of uncertainty.
First off, we’re feeling very concern on what the new direction would be for us. Other films and shows fandoms like Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Disney, Pixar, and many others are going through the same concerns as real-life problems won’t go away despite using the show and films to cope with it.
Pretty much the whole country is frustrated and we don’t know how we might go through with this. Even creators and artists share the same levels of concerns as they are bound to be affected like the rest of the normal people and fans.
But even so, what’s happening outside, makes them be mindful and prepared to combat the problems by influencing the minds of kids and adult fans to take what each story in film and shows either funny or engaging to the plot and apply to their copings of the real world creatively and inspiringly.
The same can be said for us doing our #SaveWOY campaign. With Trump as President, and the likely uncertainty of diminished progress in the country, we can strengthen our campaign to tell Disney that the kids and us fans need Wander Over Yonder more than ever to see a Season 3 that showcase what the vague hints of an arc with Wander’s strength being challenged worse relatively than Lord Dominator (and including Hater, Sylvia, and Peepers). Plus more silliness, more sincerity, more musicality, more fun, and more engaging in how the characters react to a new threat or any Main 4 interactions of their frenemy relationships.
I think we should mobilize to keep Disney informed. With Young Justice getting a Season 3, The Jungle Movie in production, Samurai Jack Season 5, Steven Universe still going to cheer up many fans and those needing help, we can do the same. The crew knows that the studio (Disney TVA) is in full support outside and inside as some are still kept in there as very unusual.

We all are affected by the reality events like this, there’s no denying. But we know we can still find ways to be creative and determined in times of darkness.
The uncertainty begins on January 20th, but we can keep it up early on.
Let’s keep sending letters, signing petitions, spreading the word on social media (Thunderclap with 114 to 250 left til Nov 27th), buying episodes on iTunes/Amazon/Google Play, App views, buying Personalization Shop merch., and planning more fun activities for kids and us fans to still keep the show’s popularity up.
Whatever happens in the next four years, now’s the time to get more creative and show Disney that we need Wander Over Yonder more than ever.
