I've never really cried over a celebrity death before, but I haven't stopped sobbing because this feels so different. I'm not sure I have the right words to express how much Carrie Fisher meant to me growing up, and continues to do so now. I feel honored to have a piece of her with me for the rest of my life. If there is a bright center of the universe, we are now on the planet that's farthest from now that you are gone, Carrie. RIP, and may the force always be with you and with us.

Hi folks! I am a 25 year old trans woman who is getting bottom surgery in under a week (on September 7th). I am no longer working and will not be physically able to work until November and am in a financially rough situation. I still have about $800 in medical bills that I have to pay ON the day of my surgery.
