Currently moved the RV deep into the mountains, which are my second love, but my heart is longing for the beach 🌊💔 I think there’s a little sadness over missing my family & friends as well. Moving 3,000 miles away takes an enormous toll on your soul as everything is new and nothing is the same. 🙆🏼♀️ Not to say I would ever go back to my previous life, as I have been looking forward to travel, adventure & new sceneries for some time now; but it will take time to adjust emotionally/mentally throughout this whole process as there are huge patches of loneliness that I’m dealing with. I love hitting biceps from different angles & with different levels of resistance to gain toned, functional arms. Try these two moves during your next arm day! 💋🤙🏽 1️⃣Behind the back cable curl: 3x12 (the cable offers constant resistance throughout the movement) 2️⃣Hammer strength preacher curl: 3x12 (preacher curls are going to stress the biceps at both ends during the entire range of movement - these are a great switch up from standing curls because you can’t gain assistance from delts by going into extension) (at 24 Hour Fitness - Carlsbad, CA)

The first few weeks of the RV has been full of outdoor workouts because I can’t find a short term gym membership here! I cannot WAIT to get back into a regular lifting routine.
