Mylene.

In my AU, Mylene performed surgeries and experiments on dozens of victims. If a victim didn't survive, she would have the body incinerated. Her victims were typically homeless people, those without family, or the mentally ill, so no one ever suspected her. She had intended to operate on Shun while he was still alive, but he managed to escape before she could do so.
