great news fam, I finally read all four issues of Scrapnik Island and it owns. It hits every mood it aims to with gorgeous art and color, I was enraptured the entire ride. I completely recommend it!

Loved the Scrapnik Island miniseries, Mecha's so cool!

hope those of you reading the idw sonic comics are enjoying scrapnik island

my involvement with it was just doing one cover, and beyond that, some basic “hm yeah you’re colouring nice” feedback here or there if asked. I’m as much just a reader as any of you overall

so please understand that if I’ve got voices I read the characters as, they’re just headcanons- they’re nowhere near an official statement of anything

and as such I’ll also tend to avoid posting them because I don’t want to influence people into following my idea-

I see what you did there. That’s so cool! Tails uses his tablet gizmo as a motion tracker from Aliens 1986! Easter egg. Aliens but in Sonic!

Got started on this a while back after reading the IDW Sonic Scrapnik 2 and Tails' 30th Anniversary comics,

Procrastinated like a motherfucker,

and now here we are!

Mecha Sonic and Carrottia these two are the highlights (imo) of each comic 👍🏽
