Here's a pretty high resolution version of the storyboard I did for Fight Amp's 'Fly Trap' video along with a bunch of really stupid screen grabs. Click the story board to zoom in. Making all these images with moving parts created for a lot of really funny juxtapositions when you would think to take a step back and actually look at where you were in the process. This was a really fun first venture into animation a lot of help from our bud Ryan Avery of Midnight Collective - he put all these drawings in motion. Looking forward to taking another stab at an animated video some day.

I worked completely within photoshop, just redrawing and redrawing the composition. Fumbled around endlessly looking for some kind of different and dynamic composition before realizing it was totally unnecessary, and just went for the 'bands-on-top, shows-on-bottom' linear composition.

'Word Burner' Just finish a shirt design for the Winnipeggan band Dead Ranch. Their album 'Antler Royal' is streaming on Exclaim, and it's a dense, content-rich jam in the vein of early Mastodon.

I don't know anyone who is taking tomorrow's voodoo prediction seriously, and you don't either. But I think everyone may be feeling anxious about what an imaginary 3rd party is taking seriously. Just remember - you are that imaginary 3rd party. And you can curb any variables by understanding that any conclusion you reach is strictly non-unique, and will be echoed throughout the population. Thus, the conclusions that you make are indistinguishable from the conclusions of the imaginary 3rd party that you fear. How so? Because you are the first party, but at the same time, to someone else, you are the 3rd party as well. This is great news, because it means that yourself (1st party) and the 3rd party are one and the same, and so by the transitive property, you control the decisions of the party you fear. If you express defensiveness, you will see your decision to express defensiveness echoed throughout nature. It is our decisions that render and perpetuate the world in their image.
