bringing back Vergil Klepto propaganda because its insanely funny to imagine him walking out with hundreds of dollars worth of items and clothing and genuinely just not caring.

Vergil is the last fucking person to give a shit about the economy. especially after spending 20 odd years in Hell and aligning himself with his personal code of honour and conduct. also, its an overly mundane hassle to go through the process of paying. Vergil is very notably a man who doesnt waste time doing things he deems unnecessary.
