So this isn't me, just a reference photo. I walk into my new yoga studio, DAY 2....and the teacher surprises us with a little treat, instead of the usual class we get to try these things. I was terrified, but I did it, in spite coming into class with a lot weighing on my mind and heart, and I feel so proud of myself. This yoga thing may be just what I need!
