Dark had summoned Anti that night to go kill a few people from his list. He gave Anti the names and addresses and then sent him off to do whatever he pleased, so long as he got the job done.
He most certainly got the job done.
Anti was on his last kill of the night, a woman who was in her early twenties and who had most likely done something to piss Dark off. The reason was unimportant to Anti, he was only in it for the kill, after all. He had just finished brutally murdering the woman in a dark alleyway, leaving her unrecognizable body next to a garbage bin.
Anti was covered in blood. His hands, his mouth, his clothes, his knives, even in his hair. He heard someone approaching the entry to the alley behind him but didn’t pay much mind.
Little did he know that it was someone he knew – someone who had never actually seen Anti killing an innocent soul before.
“A-Anti?” Leliel asked. “Anti, what just happened? What did I just see? And do not tell me a lie because I will know if you’re lying.”
Anti jumped slightly at the sound of the familiar voice and looked over his shoulder, eyes still black. “L-Leliel?” He stuttered, turning back around and cursing under his breath. “I… Uh…. Well, I’m doin’ my job,” he said vaguely.
“Was she innocent?” Leliel asked, his eyes glowing slightly in the dark alley. “Anti, was she innocent?!”
Anti took in a deep breath. “Probably… I don’t know. Dark gives me a list and my job is to take out whoever’s on there,” he said clearly, not turning around to meet the other’s eyes. He couldn’t.
“Anti, look at me.” Leliel ordered. “I said, look at me!” A bright purple flame grew in the palm of his hand. “I don’t want to hurt you. Anti, please, just tell me what’s going on!”
Anti turned around slowly, revealing all the blood that was on him. His eyes were still a deep black and his face remained devoid of any emotion. “She’s dead, okay!? I killed her!” He momentarily snapped. “It’s my job. I kill and torture people. I’m a demon, it’s shat I do. Usually people don’t find me….” He mumbled towards the end.
"Anti, is someone forcing you to do this?" Leliel asked, the fire in his hand going out as he walked over to Anti and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Anti, please, you can tell me. I just want to make sure you're doing what you think is best for yourself. I don't want you to get hurt."

A large black panther strode into the Author's office and curled up on the floor in front of the desk. ((This is Shadow, human to panther shifter and Leliel's son. -Mun))
The Author watched as the panther walked in, not knowing exactly how to react.
{Okis! -Mun}
Shadow shifted into his human form in his sleep and stayed curled up on the floor. “No, go away.” He mumbled in his sleep. “You lied. You promised.” He was having a nightmare about his ex. “Get away from me.”
The Author looked up when he heard a voice. He stood up and looked at the front of his desk, surprised when he saw a human lying there instead of the panther.
“You abandoned me.” Shadow murmured. “Leave me alone!” He bolted upright and looked around, not recognizing where he was. He was covered in a cold sweat and tears brimmed in the corners of his eyes. “Dammit. Not again.” He pressed the heel of his hand to his forehead as a few tears dripped down his cheeks.
The Author walked over, kneeling next to him, “Hey, is something wrong? Are you alright?”
“Just a reoccurring dream.” Shadow whispered. “Involving my ex-boyfriend. I’ve had that same dream once a month. Now at this point, it’s more like a nightmare that doesn’t seem to go away.”
“Ah, I’m sorry about that. May I ask why you are in my house though?”
“There’s a storm on the way and your door was unlocked.” Shadow said quietly. “Didn’t want to be caught in the rain. So I came in here.”
“It would have been polite to ask.” The Author stood up. He made a mental note to lock his doors.
"Sorry." Shadow mumbled. "Didn't think to ask. Just didn't want to be out in the rain at night."

Leliel tumbled out of a tree he was resting in and fell to the ground, hitting branches on the way down. One of his wings got caught on a branch and left him dangling from the branch. He screamed in pain and managed to get free but landed on the ground, crumpling into a heap. His body was littered with cuts and scrapes. "H-help! P-please!" He called out before his body gave out from exhaustion and he passed out.
Anti heard the commotion, seeking an easy kill. He snickered, making his way through the undergrowth towards the sounds of pain. He stopped short, his eyes slitting at the sight of the wings. A downed bird, was a dead bird. He grinned, his lip curling back to reveal sharpened canines and a bloodied gum lines.
Leliel cracked open his eyes and groaned. He shakily got to his feet and looked around. He saw a man grinning at him and he grimaced as his wing throbbed in pain. “H-hello? C-can y-you h-help me?” Leliel asked, alarms blaring in his head. He took a shaky step back and nearly collapsed to the ground as pain flooded his mind.
Anti approached him slowly as his smile dissolved, raising his hands to show he meant. He stopped a couple feet from him, lowering to kneel. “He͢y͜.͞..̶.̧̧ ͠Ý̕o̷͢u̷ ̕aļ͡right?” He asked, his voice undulating between his own and Sean’s.
“F-fell out a tree.” Leliel murmured. “Hurt myself on the way down.” He took a small step back and winced as pain shot up his leg. “Agh!” He fell to the ground and leaned against a tree that was behind him. “D-dammit.”
“So that’s what that sound was…” He settled on Sean’s voice, hoping to keep his present company calm. He approached him once more, gently looping an arm around his waist. “Come on, let’s get you out of here. Get you proper me̢dįc̷̨al̴̢͘ ̶̡́ attention.”
“O-okay.” Leliel said quietly. Alarms were still going off in his head but chose to ignore for the moment. “W-what’s your name?” He tried to get to his feet but stopped when his leg screamed in pain. “Ngh.” He bit his lip to try and contain his pained whimpers.
“Here… I’m going to lift you.. don’t freak out,” he said calmly, gently holding him up bridal style. “I’m Sean. What do I call you?” He asked, carrying him through the woods.
"Leliel." Leliel said. "My name's Leliel." He looked around the woods as Sean carried him. "M' a Fallen Angel."

Host panted as he held his side. He had gotten into a fight and won…but at a cost. He walked towards Shadow as he grit his teeth. “P-please help,” he called before he fell.
Shadow quickly caught Host. "Of course, a friend of my father is a friend of mine. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you."

“Angel… why… I mean… it’s cute… but why..”
"So you can't sneak up on anyone." Leliel said smirking.
Leliel limped into the room, one of his wings dragging on the floor behind him. He had blood dripping from his forehead and the corner of his mouth. His right arm was hanging limp by his side as blood dripped down his fingers. "H-help, p-please, h-help me...." He managed to say before collapsing to the ground and passing out.
Bing hurried to his side and picked him up with ease. He carried him to a bedroom and began to immediately treat his wounds without a word. His bandaging was somewhat sloppily due to not having done it in a long time, but it was enough to help cover the wounds and apply pressure to stop the blood flow.
Leliel cracked his eyes open slightly and grimaced. “Ow.” He mumbled. His head was throbbing and his whole body hurt. ‘How did-?’ Blurry memories of what happened to him played in his mind. ‘Oh, right. That’s what happened.’ He opened his eyes fully and slowly blinked, his throat felt like somebody made him swallow sandpaper. “W-water, p-please.”
“Of course.” Bing left his side and came back with a glass of water and assisted Leliel in sitting up. He held the glass to his lips ready to tilt it for him.” Here, open your mouth…”
Leliel opened his mouth slightly and drank the water slowly. His head and body were still very sore. He remembered the fight and nearly being taken away to a government facility and then escaping.
Bing took the cup away once it was empty and slowly set Leliel back down.” Are you aware of who you are sir? Do I need to call somebody to help you?” Though Leliel was obviously not human, Bing’s primary objective had taken over and he was focused on helping him feel better.
“Leliel Tenebris.” Leliel said. “Have a…..five year old brother….a-and t-two kids.” He could remember who he was and everything that has happened to him. “I-if you t-take me t-to a hospital, I’ll be t-taken by the govern….ment…..th-that’s how I g-got hurt…..they tried to….take me.”
“My apologies, I will not contact the ambulances then.” Bing looked down at him with a frown.” Do you need anything else Mr. Tenebris?”
"I think...I c-could use some...painkillers." Leliel murmured. "Really just want to rest. Other than that, I should be good."
