How to place order:

Please send me your art description and attach as many references as you can.

I always remind customers – usually a week earlier – that their slot is almost upon us, make sure you send me the requested references before your slot.

You can ask for minor changes when I show you the sketch.

 If for any reason the given slot is not going to work for you, let me know asap so I can give it to another customer.

Rights, terms & conditions:

You have the rights to share/keep the commission as you wish, but you have to credit me

You are not allowed to resell the commission for profit (I also won't be able to)

You are not allowed to modify or reproduce it without my permission. If you want changes, contact me!

I have the right to decline your request without explanation if I am not comfortable with it.

I have the rights to post the drawing on my online galleries (instagram/deviantart etc.) If you don’t want me to, please mention it when you order. I will not delete my pictures once I uploaded them.

If you want to be tagged under my posts, please let me know and send me your @, otherwise I won't be able to credit you.

I also have the right to share some work in progress pictures on my pages and use them for promoting purposes.

@faerie_fruit_ff ’s Freyr is a fae king burdened with inhibitions, inner turmoil, the shadow of the past cast over the present, fear of himself, and a lingering melancholy — exactly the kind of complex character I treasure most in a writing. Thankfully, the story is full of similarly layered characters and goes far beyond the overly idealized, sugary dreaminess so common in romantasy, all while keeping a direct, intimate, explicit, dynamic, and thoroughly entertaining style. ❤️🔥

This drawing was inspired by a conversation with Monia, when she told me how she imagined Freyr in the real world — or even as a character in my own story. I already knew then that I’ll draw him: serious, slightly antique, yet elegant… and of course wearing a turtleneck, because well… those are sexy🔥. Thankfully, Freyr also has a deep appreciation for poetry and darker, more introspective writing, so @lorian.ain.dal ’s poetry book (A Song of Blood and Moss) absolutely had to find its way into his hands 😉

I truly enjoyed drawing him. Bringing characters to life is always special when their stories captivate me.🔥

Dear Monia, happy anniversary to your story!❤️🔥 I hope you never doubt yourself for even a moment, and that inspiration keeps finding you for a long time to come — because stories like yours genuinely brighten my days and inspire me. ❤️🔥

Leira Askel, one of characters from the novel "A Taste of Mortality" by @LorianAinDal - with all her beauty and allure.

Leira is the fae king's spy, lover and former captive. Her strong personality allowed her to survive in the Unseelie palace - and bend the circumstances as far as it's possible to her favor.

For faerie_fruit_ff . She is Maleen, the protagonist of Faerie Fruit — a determined, confident character with a dark, acerbic sense of irony. Though attractive, she grapples beneath the surface with a lingering inferiority complex and numerous traumas from her past.

While she is the main character of a "fae romance", the story is far more layered and free of kitsch. Despite its hot tone and dynamic, light narration, it remains remarkably grounded and profoundly human.

I kept all of this in mind as I worked on the illustration, and I truly hope I managed to capture her essence — and the spark of the story.
