I do think they fucked Bella together. That's not debatable to me, it's my pet headcanon because to me there is a lot of tension between Rodolphus and Voldemort that would eventually need to go somewhere. One thing that I always feel sad about is that we never saw Bellatrix's powers in her prime. Bellatrix is already extremely powerful at the DoM, and she had only six months to recover. In the following books, Bellatrix continues to be powerful, but the way the whole Azkaban experience is described as something a person never fully recovers from - both mentally but also in terms of magic - always makes me wonder just how powerful was Bellatrix before she had to endure Dementors and Azkaban for a decade.
