When I have a chance to be in nature in prolonged silence I may be able to hear the “within” of the place. If a bird sings it will be hard to tell if the bird is singing inside me or inside the place I have silently merged with. I know many of you have experienced this sweet joining of within and without. It is a very good feeling.

Hellenic: Hecate

Hecate or Hekate is the archaic Greek goddess of the netherworld, crossroads, boundaries, ghosts, and witchcraft. She is debatably considered to be a triple moon goddess due to her three forms and heads (Mother, Maiden, and Crone.). She safeguards and guides the dead to the underworld peacefully and carries the only skeleton key in the Greek Pantheon.

Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ everyone!  Really excited to share with you all my website and service’s!

 I’m a Holistic Counselor and practitioner, trained in several modalities including psychotherapy with a Rogerian focus (A Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Lesley University) as well as experience in psychoanalysis (I’m currently pursuing my Psy.D). 

 So, if you wish to explore your inner world or dream scape or just need someone to talk to free of judgment and ready to listen, I can provide that space and can aid you on that journey. 

I promote a healthy mind, body and spirit connection. Having been trained holistically entails being able to follow the client (patient centered) and being able to pull from various manners of practice and modalities. I’m also versed in herbal teas and tinctures and can suggest recipes to fit your needs.
