Deactivating

hey liftblr. I am deactivating my account tomorrow. I will still lift, i just am not happy on liftbrl anymore. Thank you everyone who has given me good tips and advice. I will miss seeing everyone’s hauls!!

With that being said, everyone be safe lifting! After being in liftblr for 9 months I’ve noticed a trend of lifters being caught. Every lifter will eventually be caught it just seems inevitable. LP and SAs don’t catch lifters every time, but the one time they do, you will get your ass handed to you. I don’t condone lifting and I still lift things I hate paying for (LITERALLY anything from Victoria Secret.)

I’ll keep my blog up for another day, so if anyone has any questions or comments please message me or send an ask so I can answer!!!

Thinking about deactivating

Liftblr is dead. Lifters aren’t helping each other out or being supportive. There are more antis targeting lifters. Nothing new is being added to the community and people just reblog 3 year old tips and posts with over 500 notes.

I got caught at Urban Outfitters… I don’t know how soon after getting caught that people do their caught stories but I’m not really in the mood to explain what happened right now… I’m still in shock

I was without a doubt super greedy today because my friend owes me so much money and I needed to boost desperately. Got a $300 non-haul and the two LP came running at me. They saw me from start to finish. They were late 20s and women, one black woman and one Asian. They were taunting me and not being nice :( I stayed super calm and nonchalant about it, not one tear rolled out of my eye. When the police came, the police were super nice and friendly. They saw that I was young. They saw my emergency pregnancy test and asked if I was pregnant, I said I might be even though that’s not true. They saw my homemade S3 key too, and my magnet. Took my magnet away from me along with the coin purse it was in which my mom gave me :( They let me keep my S3 key. Banned 3 years and got a civil demand ($499) along with a fee from the police ($65).

I would usually never be this greedy but my friend just owes me so much money, and I was lifting full of rage and resentment… I might just quit although I still can’t see myself paying for a bottle of water…

look im all for helping out baby lifters & i will to the best of my ability answer any q anybody’s got no matter how “obvious” or “stupid” or if its the 497th time somebody’s asked, but y’all gotta remember any lifter giving you advice isnt going into the stores you go into, they don’t interact with the same SAs you do, and they look and act differently than you do. liftblr can give you general advice and concealing tricks and how to undo a tag twenty different ways, but you need to do your own fieldwork. you need to scope your own stores, remember who the nosiest SAs are, learn where the cams are, figure out what strategies work best in each store. nobody can do that for you but you

reading tips only does so much. experience is just as — if not more — valuable than anything you’ll find on here

So today I used my hook for the first time! It wasn’t the easiest thing to use because I’m not used to it, and I was super paranoid about the noises I was making, like tiny little clicks. I’m pretty sure that from outside the change rooms you wouldn’t be able to hear much but i was cringing so hard from every click! But now I’m enjoying my hole-free clothing 😊

Also, I can’t believe 8 items racked up nearly $650!! Like you could buy a pretty nice low end designer handbag with this amount… things shouldn’t be this expensive and I can’t believe I was paying this much for clothes
