Sometimes, the regression is sweet and soft and happy, and other times, it's trying very hard to comfort and convince yourself that no one is leaving you. That's okay. Do what you gotta do.

The thing that annoys me most about those cutesy “I love agere because you don’t have to worry about adult responsibilities, you can just be a kid again” posts is that those responsibilities still exist. I hate that they do, but they still exist.

Feeling too small to go to work or attend class? Too bad because you have to or there are consequences. Figure it out.

Feeling too small to properly wash dishes or do laundry? You either have to figure out how to do it yourself or deal with not having clean clothes or dishes.

Feeling too small to make your own dinner tonight? Well, get yourself ready to go out to eat. Too small to do that either? You’re just… not eating tonight.

Like, I know that those posts aren’t really for me. But… I don’t like how feeling too regressed for these sorts of things isn’t treated as a bad thing. But maybe I just hate my baby self.

Caregiver!Daryl Dixon with a girly girl regressor moodboard part 2 (latina edition bc I am)

This is set in Alexandria, even though I love the farm, I wanted to make a moodboard in which Daryl and his little girl are safe and have commodities in Alexandria, and I loved it!!

Here are some headcanons as always

Now you have access to a lot more food and you love cooking apple pastries because they remind you of home and make you feel safe, Daryl helps you out

Nap time became a must!!! Every day at 3pm you drag Daryl back to bed so you can have a nap

Daryl sings you a made-up lullaby everyday so you can fall asleep, and even if he's not sleepy he'll stay with you the whole nap, making sure no one disturbs your sleep

After a few weeks, when Daryl realizes Alexandria is safe, he is the one excited for nap time

In Alexandria they have actual story books!! You ask Daryl to read to you every night, your favorite one is The Little Mermaid, Daryl is grumpy because he thinks you like it better than his made-up stories

You find cute clothes that make you feel little, the moment you found a ribbon you ran to ask Daryl to braid your hair, he struggled at first but Rosita helped you out and teached him to do it properly

When Daryl got a cow from the Hilltop you spent HOURS just watching it in awe "She's so pretty, Dawy" and "Can we name it Princess?"

Alexandria has a lot of things you couldn't have since the walkers appeared, like books, toys, and most importantly: crayons and chalk. Daryl is now the proud owner of a giant pile of your drawings, they're mostly bunnies, flowers and portraits of the people in Alexandria

Obviously Daryl has a drawing of the both of you pinned on the fridge, he smiles everytime he sees it
