I've gone from being a person who never used to eat breakfast, and now it's honestly my favorite 😍 egg, bacon, cheese breakfast burrito while I watch the newest episode of extreme weight loss! 👌
I'm loving the summer cups! Today was my last day with my current nanny family so I decided an iced coffee was needed... And I have an interview for a new family in 3 hours! Wish me luck!!
😍 target got me today, I treated myself a little! New journal that I've been looking for, a big planner, some new workouts too 🙌
A back on track kind of breakfast at work this morning ☀ filled up my bubba and I'm gonna try to hit at least 64oz today!
🙌 finishing this up now and I'm so full. 1c Brown rice and about 4oz of chicken leftover from last night, and 1c green beans 😍 pretty basic but gets the job done!!
SUCH a good day at the gym!! Did my legs today and I'm feeling it already 😭😂 last time I did legs it really took me out, but I made sure to do some extra stretching so hopefully I'll still be good to go tomorrow 👌

It's been four days since I've done like... Anything in my #fitbook, and totally missed the fact I've been using it for a month. I've been so stressed recently, especially since I found out I did not get that nanny position I interviewed for, and then I worked a 12 hour day Monday so I have been just completely done!! However, I'm ready to get back in the saddle, focus on the rest of the week and decide my next move. Because this week was also supposed to be my week 4 on my plan, but I have been so off and not working out I'm considering going back to day 1 starting next week to give myself a fresh start. I'm only working sporadically this next month and I'm really trying to make it a good time to focus on myself as much as possible! Also - proud of myself for only kind of letting go for a few days, and not just saying fuck it and giving up entirely. 👏👏👏

I had kind of a weird day yesterday cause I didn't keep to my goal of not weighing myself and since I didn't see much of a difference, probably due to water weight considering the night before was loaded with carbs, I got really disappointed since I have been doing so well otherwise. So today I decided to throw on these shorts that were super squeezy a couple weeks ago and they fit so much better already. Not 100% comfortable but I am on my way there. Its still hard to trust the process and the journey sometimes, I wish I could get rid of the scale altogether but it's not mine to get rid of and my mom is the type of person who weighs herself daily so I'm just gonna try my best to ignore it, continue tracking, keep on with my workouts, etc Here's to feeling the best I've ever felt in my body ❤
I haven't been to the gym at all this week soooo what better time than now to make up for it!
I'm having a day where I feel really great about myself so I figured I might as well document it 😁 also, yes, I changed my outfit because the myself and boy-child that I nanny had a spur of the moment water gun fight, it's a good thing I had my gym bag sitting in my car still with extra stuff!
I looooove that my waist is a thing now, and I ❤❤❤ the shape my body is taking #transformationtuesday mid-2014 to now 👍

#motivationmonday comin at ya! I don't buy things with the purpose of making them goal outfits or what have you. Truthfully I hate trying things on just cause I'm lazy & sometimes come to find they don't fit 100% perfectly. These are all "before" photos taken a couple of weeks ago now, and I'll retake pictures at the end of my 4 week plan (next week is week 4 already!). I can't wait to see the difference!!
