Upon meeting Lutz for the first time, Bastien could only think of two things. Number one- this man was so built he could probably snap him in half without a second thought, and wow he was tall. Nervously, he swallowed, looking up at the man with wide, innocent eyes. He was just /towering/ over him, he didn’t know how to feel.
And, secondly, much to Bastien’s relief- it appeared that his only intentions were to offer his umbrella to sheild him from the rain. Perhaps he wouldn’t die tonight.
“I- hello.” He winced at the pathetic greeting. On second thoughts, death did sound nice around about now.
“Right, I’m pretty sure I know where they are.” A sudden clap of thunder made him stumble in his surprise, almost tripping and crashing to the ground. That would have been embarrassing. Well more embarrassing. “Don’t uh...You didn’t see that.” Lutz mumbled sheepishly and avoided looking at Bastien. “I’m just uh...I didn't trip, I was testing gravity. It still works.”
