Seit Monaten schon habe ich eine Palästina-Flagge innen an meinem Fenster hängen. Nun klebte im Hausflur ein Zettel der Vermietung, die die Bewohner dazu veranlasst, Flaggen, Kartons o.ä. von den Fenstern zu entfernen. Nun frage ich mich, ob die das überhaupt verlangen dürfen? Es betrifft ja nun meinen geschützten Wohnbereich und beschädigt weder innen noch außen etwas. Kann mir jemand erklären, wie genau die Rechtsgrundlage diesbezüglich aussieht? Worauf kann ich mich juristisch beziehen, wenn mein Unterlassen weitere Schritte zur Folge hat? Vielen Dank schonmal für Antworten und Free Palestine!
