Reblog if you were alive when Columbine actually happened
I'm going to do a columbine visit at the end of July if anyone is interested in meeting up!
Saw this on Reddit. Which one of you was it.
I canât believe weâre #1
You know what bothers me?
When I started this, I got so many hateful messages because people thought this blog wasnât diverse enough, even though itâs BASED on submissions.  It has become more diverse, it has expanded, etc.  Yet Iâm noticing most of the people on here are STILL not getting mail.  Why?  Because it seems too many people completely disregard the inmates when they see their picture or bio, and just go straight for the inmate they deem âhotâ or âcuteâ.  Itâs like it doesnât matter how amazing their bio is, or how interesting they are.  If they arenât deemed âhotâ enough they go ignored.  Itâs really heartbreaking and I donât understand it.
letâs talk about how abusers like to pretend theyâre the ones being abused. letâs fucking talk about that.Â
itâs so fucked up that victims of abuse end up getting blamed for their reactions to their abuse, just because they were irrational. responses to abuse and trauma donât have to be rational.Â
i lived in an abusive household for eighteen years. our abuser was downright fucking charming when he wanted to be. no one outside of our immediate family suspected, had any idea, of what he was doing. his children had no way of even knowing this behavior and environment was unhealthy or abnormal.
abusers will either deny that they were abusive to the death, or constantly apologize for their behavior with absolutely no intention of changing it, in away that makes you feel bad for ever being mad at them. theyâll shower you with gifts, then be angry if you wonât forgive them for hurting you. they feel entitled to you, your body, your emotions, your thoughts. they will make themselves into victims.
be aware that some of the people on your dashes reblogging those posts about ârecognizing manipulationâ or âsigns of abuseâ might still be abusers.Â
abusers know how to make themselves look good. itâs what they do.
I M P O R T A N T
ok but being interested in serial killers/mass shooters is cool and stuff like same here do that but fucking telling how you wish they would rape you/kill you/blow up the school/calling them daddy or anything similar is so uncomfortable and ugly please just stop stop stop. studying about their mind is alright, feeling bad for them because you know a thing or two about their life is also alright, but please know the limits.
How can I miss two dead boys I never knew?
Still think Eric didnât hate himself? That is the bookshelves behind his body. I get so tired of people saying he was just evil. He hated himself and was just as depressed as Dylan. He just had a different way of dealing with it.Â
Oh @rebsg0ddess youâre seriously breaking my heart đą I have tears in my eyes
I believe there are only two unstoppable forces in the universe. One is love, the other is intelligence. I also believe that a personâs capacity to love is directly related to their intelligence level, just as hate corresponds to a personâs level of ignorance. The only thing that makes it impossible for the system to destroy you and grind your spirit into nothing is to be more intelligent than it is.

I didnât know that joining the Columbine fandom meant I would cry so much and it would consume my whole entire heart and soul but hey itâs whatever
Get your girl something sheâll actually like..
The basement tapes.
I think she was afraid to love sometimes. I think it scared her. She was the type to like things that were concrete, like the ocean. Something you could point to and know what it was. I think thatâs why she always struggled⊠And I think thatâs why she also struggled with love. She couldnât touch it. She couldnât hold on to it and make sure it never changed.
