Why is it that im an intp but i can write the most powerful F filled statements, thoughts, texts, etc? Even though i exagerate my emotions in them and half is bullshit i pretend to feel, i have the power to move people. With words. With thoughts. Oh yea. Cause im an INTP

the 4 hour body

here are some random facts i have read in the book "the 4 hour body"

1. taking cold showers for 30 minutes a day not only helps you lose weight, but also fights depression.

2. a strong way to fight breast cancer for a woman is to have a baby before she is 20. my old town bell gardens is doing it right.

3. cell phones destroy sperm count, shape, and ability to swim straight by a ridiculous amount.

4. there is a minimalistic workout plan that allows you to gain 34 lb's in 28 days

i advise anyone interested in fitness to read this book. it has everything in it from gaining/losing wieght, getting better sleep, having better sex, and a lot of other interesting stuff
