I took the previous post about the flowers down because I realised they were not forget-me-nots, but morning glories. And I don't want to unintentionally spread false information hahah. After having done a bit of research on the symbolism of those flowers, the point of Satogou canon as well as the colour coding, emphasising that they indeed refer to them, still stands though. May I quote:

"The Japanese were the first to cultivate and crossbreed the various species of Morning Glory. They use the flower as a symbol of both innocence and love, making it a common gift between young lovers."

Thank you for the Goh, my favorite character.

It's kinda sad that Ash not gonna continue as main character, I really started to like him. Before Journeys I kinda find him annoying but not anymore. But i knew his journey as a main character gonna end someday.

I'm also happy that his last season was with Goh.

Ash and Goh make up, so Lugia decides it’s time to call in Ho-Oh.

Ho-Oh ships it.

Leaving behind a beautiful rainbow as a blessing.

And Ash and Goh are literally connected by a rainbow.

Ash and Goh are so in-sync with each other.

The last episode basically demonstrates that, with their raid battle and goals and how they left on their journeys, they were on the same page the whole time. 

So, if they’re both just choosing to go wherever feels right at any given time, I bet they keep ending up in the same place. 

It certainly looked like they were back in the same town at the end, and with the way the last image was angled, it shows their paths crossing again.

They probably run into each other so much that eventually they’ll have to accept that they really are still traveling together. 

The future is in their hands, after all.
