Disaster in the country
There are many possibilities a disaster can occur in our country. Not only natural causes but also man made, such as terrorism. Economic disaster is also a possible event that can happen in the Philippines. We should address all of this disaster soon due to the fact we don’t know when will these events may happen. Youth is a major part in addressing these problems because we will carry this problem if it not solved immediately and properly.
Issues in community
The main issue in our community there is no unity. The residents only cares for their own selves. Second is environment is not taken care seriously. Community leaders should encourage the people and help them be responsible in life. The youth should also do their own part by spreading good vibes in the community.
Here is one of the most hazardous spot in our community. The river rises gradually when heavy rain hits. This is due to the fact garbage are always thrown directly to the river.
This is the proposed evacuation center of our barangay. It is a covered court that is located near to people for safe evacuation.
Capacity
The capacity of our community in handling disaster are 8 out of 10 this is due to the fact the community is not participating when there is program or outreach to teach the people what are the proper ways on handling a disaster
This is the Police Station 4 that is nearest in our community. It has police mobile and an active and quick respondents police in case of an emergency, There hotline is (02) 8936 3624.
This is the barangay hall of Brgy, Novaliches Proper. The barangay has an ambulance and a mobile for quick responds when there is an emergency in the community. There are barangay personnel that are always on the go when it comes to an emergency or disaster that happened.
