Buck was excited to see Dax and Jho again. It had been a while since he seen the both of them and it was going to be nice to catch up with them. He arrived at Dax’s place and knocked on his door.
Dax rushed to the door and opened it. “Hey man!” He said as he stepped aside to let Buck in. He was excited to catch up with him. “How are you?” He asked.

Dax set the table. He was excited that he could see his best friend Buck, and chuckled as his son rushed about to see which toy he wanted to show to the other. He went back to the kitchen and finished cooking as he waited.

Txt: See ya then. Just come right on in.

Text: Hey Dax!!
Text: Nothing much: how about yourself? Any special plans?
Txt: No special plans tonight. Little man wants to stay home and watch cartoons.
Txt: You’re more than welcome to come over if you like. I’m making dinner now.
Txt: It’s a good night for sure.
Txt: Awesome. I’ll set a place for you.

Sam chuckling, nodding as memories of their own childhood came to mind. “Trust me, my mom wasn’t all too happy when Milo and I got too into the whole superheroes thing. Always jumping to and from the furniture, breaking a few lamps. We always managed to save the vases she had around though,” they smiled, getting on one of the main roads that would take them to the first store Sam had in mind. “That’s good to hear. I’m doing pretty good. Getting used to having Milo back, which has honestly been nice. I was looking into getting a roommate, because I’ve realized I don’t like living alone. So I’m glad to be able to help him out and get someone I know as a roommate in return.”
“My ma didn’t like that, either. I was always pretending to be Batman and actually did break a good vase throwing fake Batarangs around.” He laughed a bit at the memory, as well as remembered the time he spent in his room reading comics. “I’m glad to hear that you’re doing well. That’s always good. I remember when Pip and I lived together. It was pretty cool.”
