I’m a paradox. I want to be happy, but I think of things that make me sad. I’m lazy, yet I’m ambitious. I don’t like myself, but I also love who I am. I say I don’t care, but I really do. I crave attention, but reject it when it comes my way. I’m a conflicted contradiction. If I can’t figure myself out, there’s no way anyone else has.

Habits

I think "Habits" by Tove Lo has to be one of the saddest, most heartbreaking songs I have heard in a very long time. It just takes love sick to a whole new level where a former relationship has destroyed you so much that you lose yourself. The second verse just gets me every time, I can clearly imagine what that must be like having gone to a similar stage in my life. I'm basically just fascinated by the power of this seemingly simple song.
