Cool Words: Canard

I’m sure any Mighty Ducks fan knows about the character Canard. Some might even know that his name is French for duck. But, his name has another meaning in English

Canard: noun. An unfounded rumor or story. A groundless belief or rumor. Also, a small airfoil in front of the wing of an aircraft that can increase the aircraft’s performance

Taking into account that he went after the Mask (believed to be nothing more than a fairy tale before he found it) and found the last of the militaries Aerowings, I think his name is very appropriate.
