if we have to focus on dcj does that mean they have to be in a relationship together?
The focus of this bingo is the dynamic between Dean, Castiel, and Jimmy in a non-platonic way, but that doesn't mean they need to be in a relationship.
It could be a one night stand between the three of them, or two of them in an established relationship before they meet the third person, or maybe they're all together in the start but break-up at the end. Maybe it's unrequited - even partially - and ends sadly. Maybe it's obsessive and ends badly. It could be purely sexual, or it could be queerplatonic, or a mix of the two.
There are numerous avenues to explore when it comes to any ship. As long as you focus on Dean/Cas/Jimmy in a dynamic that's more than friendship you should be okay.

Yes.
The SFW cards offer non-explicit squares but you can make those squares as NSFW as you like, including adding a NSFW prompt to the free square.
what do the historical and holiday squares mean on the premade card?
All squares are open to interpretation! That being said..
The idea behind 'Historical' was to combine prompts of various eras into one square. So it could be a decade like the 1990s or a period of time like WWII or Medieval or Ancient Times. There's Regency or the 20th Century or the Wild West or the Golden Age of Piracy. It could also be a historical event like D-Day or Y2K or the Death of JFK.
Your creation for 'Historical' should focus on some element of the past. It could be set in the past or it could be an homage to it, but the choice of When and What is entirely up to you.
The idea behind 'Holiday' was to combine various prompts of celebratory occasions into one square. So it could be Valentine's Day or Christmas or Hanukkah or Father's Day or Pi(e) Day. It could also mean Vacation.
Your creation for 'Holiday' should focus on festivity, or a period of leisure.
But again, you're welcome to interpret a square however you like.
The first batch of personalised cards have been emailed to those who signed up. There were some bounce-back issues due to the context of the email which has been fixed, but please check your spam folder just in case.

if i want the sfw premade card can i still write fics with explicit content?
The purpose of themed cards is to offer different options for creators.
You can do whatever you want with the prompts on personalised and premade cards. You can make every SFW square smutty, and you can make the NSFW squares as non-explicit as you like.
All prompts are open to interpretation!
Please remember to tag explicit content appropriately both on Tumblr and Ao3.

The sign-up form [here] is your opportunity to customise your card.
The less information you give on the form the less likely it is that your squares will suit your preferences.
If your personalised card contains a majority of unwanted squares, or if you're unhappy with the redo squares, you can do one of (3) things:
request specific prompts to replace the unwanted squares (you may prefer this option if you want to be sure of the content)
re-submit your sign-up form with more information written in the Want and Do Not Want sections (you may prefer this option if you want to be somewhat surprised)
get creative with the unwanted squares (you may prefer the challenge of re-imagining the prompts into something you want to create for)
