I really want an AU where muse A is head of an important business, and while they’re really good at what they do, they’ve made a lot of enemies. Enter muse B, a confident, cocky person several years their junior who knows enough about fighting and weapons to keep muse A safe from virtually any harm. Unbeknownst to muse A, however, muse B works for a rival company and is there to gather information. Despite all odds, the two become close, and it’s with a shock that muse A realizes they’ve fallen for muse B, but says nothing about it. Eventually, however, muse B’s job calls for them to leave muse A. Muse A later learns about the betrayal and realizes the person they love has really been a traitor the whole time, resulting in ---

Mike stands, eyes on Bello’s face as he reaches out and flicks the television off with a practiced move. A problem has arisen. Usually this means that someone’s not complying with Bello’s demands, and Mike’s going to have to do something in order to change that fact. Hopefully it won’t involve him killing anyone; he doesn’t feel like having to do this.

“What’s going on?” he asks Bello as he pulls on his own jacket–leather, buckles at the shoulders.

    “There has been BLOOD.”

The words themselves carried an ominous weight not easily ignored, but the fury burning deep within his dark eyes would be enough to drive off anyone in his path. “Caza.” The word is spat out venomously, as if it pained him to speak it in any way. “They have killed three of my most faithful men. I would trust them almost as I would trust you, and now my men are on a scavenger hunt to find the rest of their bodies.”

He felt as if his body could not contain the anger that tightened his muscles and rushed through his veins. The only thing that kept him from exploding in a massive shower of white-hot fury was the information that fell from his lips next.

     “I know where their killers are. We are going to return the favor.”

|| Okay, I’m here for a bout a grand total of 45 minutes before I have to run off to class. Important things to know:

I’ll be setting up a canon multimuse over the Christmas break, and Bello will be moved over there. I’ll leave his blog as an archive, but I’m trying to put my under-written muses together so I can pay attention to them more often.

I’ve figured out why my muse for Bello is so low, and it’s because of the things I am writing. It’s not that the threads I have aren’t interesting to me! I think about them a lot, even if I reply only rarely. I love them. But the thing is -- Bello isn’t just a villain. He is a villain! He’s a bad dude. But his whole life isn’t antagonizing people and drugs. We got to see precious little of that in canon, but I would love to explore the rest of it. He has interests and hobbies and fears and hopes. He would have friends if he could find someone he trusted (look at how close he got to Mike!). He would have lovers and relationships (I’m not specifically looking for ships, but boy do I have headcanons about him as a lover). Bello is human, and while I understand I mostly write with canon characters now, I would love to branch out and find more with him, both with canons and crossovers. Hopefully that will make writing him more interesting to me.
