About the Biblical AU...

Do the other knights (besides Galahad) know about King Arthur being Yahweh?

Also, how would they feel about it? As well as about Lancelot being a demon?

The other knights know arthur is "god" after he gets excalibur, yes. They do not know about lancelot being a demon, they know very little about him and find him very suspicous. If they did find out most likely lancelot would end up being banished or killed.

For sir Galahad in your au, is he still sir Lancelot’s son just like in the actual stories? Or does he not have any bio relation to Lancelot?

He's not related to Galahad in anyway. Lancelot is an an alias that "Shadow" is using, it's a stolen name. He has nothing to do with the legends outside of being close to arthur.
