I could say something here about how to be loved is to be seen. I could talk about this series found me not once, but twice in my life when I needed it. The books fell into my lap for the first time when I was young and in very a dark spot, and then the show pulled me out of a second pit. I felt seen in a way not many other series made me feel seen. But I won't go on much longer about me-the-maker, because you are here to look at pretty gifs. Instead, l leave you with this: to be loved is to be seen. This is a show about vampires, but it is also a love story. These are two beings who are looking to be seen by one another. And I am rooting for them to figure it out.
