Basically, unless your book is The Walking Dead, comics live and die based on their orders. Retailers only buy as many as they think they can sell, so if no one's asking about it, or there doesn't seem to be a lot of "hype" for it, they only order small amounts. So the more people ask about it, the better the book does.

Christopher Sebela and Joshua Hixson Launch Shanghai Red in June

Shanghai Red was announced at Image Expo, and now it's been scheduled for June. Christopher Sebela and Joshua Hixson have a revenge thriller of a comic book — and Sebela owes it all to moving to the new hub of comicbookdom, Portland.
