Ruffnut stood there in silence watching Toothless, she’d never seen him angry before and it honestly scared her a little to see him this angry. Part of her wanted to tell him to stop because the other zombie wasn’t worth it, but the other part of her really didn’t care. As she watched the interaction between the two zombies she blinked as toothless told the person she hated most to apologise to her. She still didn’t speak as she looked between the two of them, just stood there mouth agape.
Hookfang almost wanted to laugh, did Toothless really think he was scared of him? Anger was rising within but he did not let it show. Although he knew that the brunette could easily break his neck he couldn’t help but to feel powerful having Ruffnut there, one of his weaknesses. With a frown on his face he eyed the blonde woman in front of him after having to straighten his shirt where Toothless had grabbed him. “Why would I apologize for something both me and Ruffnutt clearly enjoyed? You should be dump her, Tooth. She cheated on you.”
Unfortunately for Toothless the wits of the mind was not something the boy was bright in. It was one thing being face to face with Hookfang alone because then he didn't have the chance to look over to Ruffnut whenever Hookfang spat his lies, it was something completely different when he could look at her. It did weaken him. A lot. He looked over at Ruffnut for a second too long, probably enough to give them both the hint that he was faltering, before glaring back at Hookfang," Y-you..made her..do it.
