Crows eggs take up to 19 days to hatch. To incubate them, female crow sits on the eggs making sure her newly developed feathers-free brood patch has maximum contact with the eggs. Although male crows will occasionally sit on the eggs, they can't really incubate them since they lack the nessesery brood patch to transfer the heat.
