I’ve seen posts with good intentions mention using milk as an eye wash for pepper spray and tear gas, however this is not a good recommendation. Milk can cause further irritants and infection!

Instead, water and baking soda, a saline solution, OR a 50/50 mix of a liquid antacid and water are alternative and generally more effective options. While I’m not a fan of the wording here regarding peaceful protest as the only option (it ain’t, lol), this is still a helpful infographic:

Well when you;re fighting the inherently violent ideals that are Nazism, yes you got to fight back hard. Nazism is inherently violent no matter what. If Nazis wants to espouse violent views  in public, then they have to face the consequences of that including people fighting back. Nazis should be terrified because there is no room in this world for their bullshit and should be opposed.
