Hi anon! Ya, I'm happy to answer! I'm not sure if you meant as in who she is to them storywise—in that case Gina is Goten's twin, so Gohan's little sister.
In case you meant what relationship she has with them I'll add it a bit further, in case it wasn't what you asked and I just yapped on my own, haha!

Goten
Gina and Goten are momo twins. Goten is one of the few people Gina does not have to perform around because she can be vulnerable without having to explain herself. He knows her too well to be easily fooled by her coldness and he understands when her anger is real and when it's only a defense. He knows when to joke, when to leave her alone and when to follow her even if she insists she does not want anyone near her. Gina, in turn, is deeply protective of him—she may insult, mock or act irritated by him but others are not allowed to do that. Plus, Goten is allowed to annoy her in ways other people are not. If someone else hurts him, the situation becomes very different because Gina’s love for him is defensive and instinctive, even when she refuses to express it openly.
Their personalities balance each other.
Goten is warmer and more socially fluid and he can move through people more easily than Gina can, and because of that, he often acts as her social translator. He can pull her into a conversation, make her attend something or get her to eat without pressuring her. He understands how to handle her and
Gina understands sides of Goten that other people miss—because he is easygoing and likable, people tend to underestimate him but Gina doesn't. She knows that Goten is not as harmless and she gives him freedom to be more complicated than the role people often place on him. Goten can be petty and ugly and she doesn't act surprised by it. They don't judge each other, I think that's the most important part of it—Gina can pull so many fucking stunts in her life and she'll always call Goten first if she needs help & vice-versa. Goten can become tired of Gina’s attitude, especially when she becomes tyrannical because Gina has a tendency to act as if her opinion is final and because Goten knows her so well, he's not always impressed by it. He can mock her and refuse to indulge her or irritate her back.
Gina knows exactly what to say to hurt Goten and Goten knows how to cut through Gina’s defenses. Their arguments are always personal because there is very little distance between them however, their bond is also durable because they can say cruel things to each other and still end up sitting in the same room later because their connection doesn't disappear just because they are angry.
I really love to talk abt their romantic life and how they are different. Gina is much more singular in her attachments because she is demisexual and emotionally selective, her desire tends to fixate on one person & for her that person is Trunks and she doesn't easily want people in general. Her romantic and sexual life is therefore difficult to redirect. Goten, by contrast, falls in love much more easily. He's more impulsive and more willing to be swept up by attraction or affection and his love life is often unstable and messy in a way Gina’s isn't—tho she will date ppl she doesn't love. Where Gina becomes consumed by one person, Goten can become entangled with several attempts at love before he understands what he actually wants.
Goten may find Gina’s fixation on Trunks frustrating, especially when it makes her irrational, while Gina sees Goten’s romantic chaos as carelessness. Neither of them understands the other’s way of loving, but they understand the emotional consequences of it Goten sees how Gina can ruin herself over one person and Gina sees how easily Goten can scatter himself across people who may not truly know him.
In adulthood, their relationship becomes less visibly codependent—they have separate lives, relationships and routines but their familiarity never goes away. Goten can still read Gina better than most people and Gina can still tell when he is lying from the smallest change in his voice. They may not always be together but they remain very aware of each other.
I have lots of little different hc abt them, like they invented a twin code at a young age and still use it in adulthood.
Gohan
I feel like Gohan somehow replaced a father figure for Gina and Goten in a lot of ways, and Gina definitely treats him like one for a very long time. Besides both of them being shortsighted I believe Gohan was the one who taught Gina and Goten how to read and write, and he was also the one who gave Gina the love for science that she carried into adulthood. Their relationship is actually one of my favourites because it has such a sweet but complicated dynamic.
On one hand, Gohan embodies stability: he's calm, patient and dependable—she knows she can go to him when everything else feels unstable. But on the other hand, Gina spent a lot of her life feeling like she was being compared to him and failing at everything he was good at. I feel like Chi-Chi has this parent trait where, when there’s one exceptionally successful older child, the younger siblings get constantly measured against them. Both Goten and Gina would experience this, but in different ways. With Gina, I think Chi-Chi has even more expectations because she’s her daughter so she’s expected to be smart, disciplined, feminine, studious, responsible (so, perfect), and whenever she isn’t, there’s always that “Well, Gohan…”—expect the feminine part, haha.
It complicates their relationship. Gina loves him deeply, and she knows he loves her, but as a teenage girl the last thing she needs is to feel like she’s constantly failing in comparison—especially when she’s already hyper-conscious of being a girl in a male-dominated family. I believe out of everyone in her family, she’d be the least ashamed to cry in front of him. I think Gohan is a more of a talk after something is already done kind of person.
They don’t see each other a lot when Gina is an adult because she doesn’t have much time, but I feel like she pays him a visit time to time, and even if they don’t really have somethings to talk about, Gohan would be that person with whom she’d be comfortable anyway. I do hc that when Gina was in a disargument with her mother, she’d live at Gohan’s place and then run home because Gohan would actually make her study LOL. They both like reading—so they'd connect over that too.
