tbh i've never understood the Hot Space hate. i like it. it's fun. but then again i have a monkey brain that thinks that anything with a brass instrument in it is automatically funky as fuck
Exactly! Itâs not my favorite album of theirs by a long shot but I like it. I love Under Pressure, I love Las Palabras de Amor. Life Is Real is nice, Cool Cat and Dancer are super fun. And I have a soft spot for Put Out the Fire. And then thereâs a couple of songs which, imo, are good songs but werenât executed properly. I donât love the studio versions of Staying Power or Action This Day but swap the album versions for the Milton Keynes live versions and ohhhhhhh now weâre talkinâ
I must admit I HATE Body Language thoughâŚ
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROGER!!!!!!!
No one
me to myself at 4am: âremember the time when Queen were touring in â71 around Rogerâs hometown and a bar there printed posters of his name in large capitals and the bandâs name in small letters and font relativelyâ
source of poster is ofc As It Began â92
Photos shared by Rufus and Lola for Rogerâs birthday XD

god freddie was so right when he said funny how love is everywhere just look and see. funny how love is every song in every key. funny how love is coming home in time for tea. funny how love is when you gotta hurry home 'cause you're late for tea. what a fucking genius
living under a rock is so fun i love watching a movie thatâs been famous for decades and being like wow this is so good.. did you guys know about this
I cannot stress enough how important it is to do silly, frivolous things that serve no other purpose than making you happy.
damn a tattoo would really hit the spot right now
I am slowly losing my mind over the shift towards video as the default media format.
I do not find this to be an efficient way to absorb information. I am bored and distracted by the time the largely unnecessary introduction is over. I can't use ctrl+f to find the specific information I'm looking for. If there are instructions to follow, I don't want to have to constantly pause and back up to the part I need.
At least give me a fucking transcript.
I can read faster than you can talk and these videos are wasting my time.
my pretty man
Deacon had the same cosmos shirt in different color and also wears it for any occasion - from nap at the road to press conference!
Red pants are cool huh
me when i find out something will cost a pretty penny but i only have gross and ugly pennies left
not to be a hedonist but. pleasure IS the whole point, my loves. we are made for pleasure. humans have not survived out of spite or sheer grit or simply to make more humans. we live for pleasure. the pleasure of licking the last delicious crumbs off your fingers and feeling sunlight on your skin and massaging a loved one's shoulders. we're made to fill our bellies with delicious food, to nap in soft grass, to touch each other in joy and comfort.
there is no shame or guilt in our bodies doing what they were made to do. and we are made for pleasure.
The demonizing of hedonism, of pleasure in general, is literally christian dogma. And I hate how much of a grip it has on even supposedly secular culture.
