This is Silas Walden, he’s a Bastard. He’s 43, hella gay, and took over an already fairly evil magical carnival by force using Dark Magycks. He’s also the one who taught Bash magic, initially. They dated, it was a thing, Silas was a shitty boyfriend because despite being very charismatic and charming, he’s also a manipulative liar who uses people and dumps them when he loses interest.
