The State of the Dungeon

Hi there, Dungies. Long time, no talk.

Many of you have asked if the podcast is ever coming back, and it’s time to address that question. The answer is, unfortunately not. Due to circumstances in our personal and professional lives, we haven’t had the time or emotional and mental energy to dedicate to this podcast for quite a while. What initially was intended to be a short hiatus for Audrey while she worked on her Kickstarter turned into a permanent end to the show.

Thank you so much for the support over the past couple years. This show has been a blast. It became so much more than we expected, and we love all the amazing things that have come of it. We are ready to work on future projects, and you can check out our work with HopePunk Press (writing for Spaceships & Starwyrms).

We’ll be continuing to pay for hosting so you can always listen to the old episodes. 

It’s been a wonderful journey, and we’re sad to see its end. Thank you for sticking with us.

As of right now, we’re on a hiatus due to life getting busy. We’ll have news out soon regarding the state of things.

Have you ever considered making a Dear Dungeon discord server for the fan community?

It’s a potential future endeavor, but rn we both are part of several discords and there would be some overlap, plus the time to maintain/moderate a new server isn’t really something we can do at present.
