I realized I've been a certified notary public for 3 years and it never occurred to me to utilize Tumblr.
I'm a mobile notary public for the state of Texas, which basically means that instead operating from an office, waiting for clients to come to me, I travel to the clients. I am currently operating in Corpus Christi.
Prices:
Acknowledgements - $10, plus $1 for each additional signature on same document
Jurats - $10 per certificate, including oath or affirmation
Travel/gas fee: $20.00 plus $1.00 per mile over a 10-mile radius from
To clarify, I am not a loan signing agent, nor am I a remote notary, though I hope in the future to obtain the license for RN to reach a wider client base.
