New ulam unlocked. Sobrang tagal ko na nag-c-crave ng salpicao. Miss na miss ko na yung salpicao na luto ni cai. Lagi ako na-t-tempt umorder sa mamita’s kaso medyo may kamahalan tsaka kelangan ng lead time. Buti nakakita ako ng recipe video sa fyp ko. Nung tinignan ko yung ingredients, naisip ko eto na yung recipe ni cai. So nung weekend, tinry ko na syang gawin. Ang sarap, pramis! Naparaki lang ako ng lagay ng pamimta. Gawin ko ilit next time 🙃

Walking Era

Starting this month, balik active lifestyle na ulit, pero walking muna. Walking tas brisk walking tas jogging. Wala pa sa plans ko mag-marathon. Gusto ko lang magkaron ng activity para mabawasan pagtunganga ko tsaka stress. Dahil mukhang nagdisintegrate na yung mga rubber shoes ko dati nung nag-g-gym ako, kelangan ko bumili ng bagong shoes. At may proper shoes pala para sa running, ao need talaga (hahaha!) Nagresearch naman ako, and Asics yung nakita kong best daw for running. Pero may pagkamahalia. Nagdadalawang isip ako kung mura na lang sa shoes ang bibilhin ko since beginner lang naman ako at hindi ko alam kung mapapanindigan ko to or Asics na mahal para maencourage ako gamitin kasi mahal. Napag isipan ko sige na nga, Asics na lang pero yung pinakamura o kaya yung naka-sale.

Dahil ayoko naman bumili ng shoes online, nagpunta na lang ako kanina sa SM. Unang sinukat ko yunga naka-sale na GT 1000 13 na 7k++. Okay na to sakin. Kaso tinanong ko pa yung staff kung ano marerecommend nya. Chineck pa muna nya yung mga paa ko at sabi flat-footed daw ako so etong Gel Kayano 31 yung nirecommend nya. Ambait ni kuya kaya nag-oo na ko kagad! Hahaha! Ang gaga! Tas isang colorway na lang daw available na 6.5. Kaya ayan, may running shoes na ko na 11k at merong 3 months to pay.
