Because You Are My Dear One

My favorite children's book is called 'Mama, Do You Love Me?' by Barbara M Joosse where the child tests the limits of her mother's love with a series of what-ifs. The unconditional love Mama feels is expressed in the last line of the book "I will love you, forever and for always, because you are my dear one." We are all dear ones.
