Today marks a hard day in our families history. Nine years ago today, I lost my big brother — and out of nowhere. Have to admit, it hits me hard every year as my brothers and I are very close knit. He was our leader, he was our rock & now our angel. . . Last Convo we had was him saying something cheerful to me as usual. He went to sleep and then just never woke up. My heart shatters every time. . . You know, it’s really the suddenness of losing someone so near and dear— so unexpectedly that hits so deep. It IS true that tomorrow is never promised. And we are all guilty to take those lovely people in our lives for granted. Tomorrow can never exist for either you or someone else and that’s the harsh reality we tend not to think about. . .
