Buddy eyed her nervousness, not paying too much attention to it. People had their own mannerisms, after all. He just could not stop staring. To be honest, even if he wasn’t buzzed he would have taken a glance at her. She was a very beautiful woman, and he was a man of power that liked beautiful beings. A friend, huh? He sat up a bit, his posture shining more confidence now as his eyes kept on hers and letting her heavily accented voice lace his brain and ears like a sponge. Buddy replied, pulling his hand quickly away in a professional manner. He seemed to ask lots of questions, but that was just his excitement getting to him again. Buddy was curious and maybe even nosy, but for a good reason. He tended to have a friendly facade on the surface, but if anyone ever found out on what his plan was… his ultimate plan to exterminate every superhero and become the only one left… hoo boy.
It wasn’t hard to tell that he was a man of business, just from the feeling of how he shook hands the blonde could feel it.
